I had a general idea of what I wanted. Jim went with those ideas and added some insightful ideas which I very much appreciated. In addition, he was very flexible when it came to those "last minute" changes that inevitably occur with a major remodel such as this. The end result is a new living space that my wife and I are very happy with.

With the problems related to the pandemic has slowed the start of the project, Jim and the guys are in the early stages. Jim has been one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. He, and the guys, are great to have around what with their polite behavior and work habits. Jim has gone out of his way to keep us informed of all things related to the project. Supply materials, building regs and permits, suggestions and what all. I highly recommend Kendrick remodeling for any projects you have. Thank you Jim, Josh and Mike. Add on to this review: Jim and the crew recently finished the all season room addition. A fantastic addition and we have had super compliments from friends and family that have seen it. We love it! As the project proceeded, Jim's design suggestions were invaluable and we were totally satisfied with his suggestions. Upon completion, we moved the furniture into the room and it totally works! Great color scheme and finishing by Jim and the guys is great. We are looking forward to a new project with Jim and the guys, Josh and Mike, next Spring and I'm certain we will be happy with the project. We virtually renovated the entire 1st floor of our home including our Kitchen. It seemed problem after problem popped up and Jim just plowed through it like a pro and reassured us that it would be fine. It was. One of the biggest problems was the discovery of our second floor being supported up only by a couple of 2x4's. Everything else stopped and he fixed that before he would move onto anything else. Every time a problem popped up he was brilliant. They had to replace and reinforce the entire floor on the 1st floor. I could go on and on about how incredible the job they did was, but I won't in order to save time for your reading. Jim made himself available always!! if I had to call him he always answered and talked to me, I am sure some of my questions were silly but he always answered them so pleasantly and seriously. When a problem came up we worked through it and he had some incredible solutions. We took down railings added a wall, He gave me a pantry in the kitchen I thought I was going to lose. Jim started our job before Covid hit. When Monroe County went to pause, we worked out a system where we could all stay safe and healthy. My house is an entirely new and beautiful home because of Kendrick. If you want to work with a company that cares about what they do, wants to save you money and is a pleasure to have around Kendrick is the company you want. HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

I was told a few years ago by another investor that I needed to put down my tool belt and find great people that I could trust to get my projects done. I listened and went on the hunt.
