This  was the 4th project  we did for the  Browns

Some different  bathrooms and tile choices

This  job was for a couple of  house flippers.  

We bought this at auction, you can't see inside until you close. We found out it was a hoarder's  house. What a job that turned out to be.

This  house we rehabbed  1st day open house we got 5 offers, sold it to the first one in the door Full Price.

!st job for the Browns  They wanted a cabin feel. We had some 100 year old barn beams so we told them we could use them and reface it with stone. They liked it so much we had to do it in the master bedroom also.

4500 sq. ft. 5 acre 2 master suites one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. plus 2 other bedrooms.

Bought this for a rental

Put the Koi pond in, then the next sumer  customer asked us to come back and  build a patio.

New tile floor installing it on an angle made the room look larger

This started out with a kitchen remodel, ended up with master bath and the rest of the house

Joe Kendrick building a round counter for Shooters wood fired pizza area. He also built custom bench and tables

This is the 2nd project we did for Ken and Maureen 

Ken and Maureen  needed office, music studio for Ken to teach, Laundry room, storage, powder room and TV area. I even  made room to fit in a full service bar.

We completely remodeled the old Baird Road Pub. All the custom wood work including the back bar and elevated areas.
